After studying industrial design, Claire turned her back on plastic gadgets to focus on service and experience design. After five years in the field, she founded Meilleur Monde in 2018 to make design resolutely human-centered.
Claire dreams of one day doing a design residency to prototype and test projects directly in the field... and cycling across Newfoundland.
With a degree in anthropology from The University of British Columbia, Solen completed a post-doctorate at the École de design de l'Université de Montréal. She has been working in the design world since 2013, and joined Meilleur Monde in 2021.
Solen dreams of a world where understanding others and the collective interest are at the heart of decision-making... and of cross-country skiing until she's 99 (at least!).
A graduate in Social innovation design from Strasbourg's Le Corbusier school, Mathilde continued her studies at UQAM in environmental design with a concentration in feminist studies. She has been working at Meilleur Monde since 2022.
Mathilde dreams of making healthcare environments more inclusive... and learning to make latte art.
With a background in communications, culture and a master's degree in environmental design, Roxane turned to service design. She has been working at Meilleur Monde since 2023.
Roxane dreams of increasingly inclusive public spaces (online and offline!) and... producing a graphic novel.
With a degree in communications and interaction design, Stéfanie developed an expertise in digital services before turning to the fascinating challenges of physical experience and services. She has had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including many in the public and healthcare sectors.
Stéfanie dreams of seeing participatory democracy become the norm... and of learning to identify birdsong.
