Observation and interviews with staff
Through staff-led tours and on-site activity observation sessions, we were able to gain a deep understanding of the existing and unmet needs of the center's users, employees, and volunteers.
Design preliminary layouts for the community centre's new location, taking into account the growing needs of users and employees in order to develop and enrich the range of services offered.
Through staff-led tours and on-site activity observation sessions, we were able to gain a deep understanding of the existing and unmet needs of the center's users, employees, and volunteers.
To begin the design process, we developed preliminary proposals for improvements while remaining sensitive to the issues and the reality on the ground. We tested these proposals in co-design workshops with staff to ensure they met the team's needs.
Thanks to the co-design workshops, we reworked the design proposals and identified the typologies and criteria that will allow the architects to formally define the layout of the spaces during their redesign.
