Interviews with parents
We interviewed a diversity of Ontario parents to understand their experience accessing daycare services. A particular effort was made to recruit parents from every corner of the province to ensure our participants came from diverse living environments (urban or rural), cultural backgrounds and socio-economic realities. The interviews highlighted important challenges to take into consideration for future digital platform improvements.
From insights to
recommendations
We developed our final recommendations by combining insights from parent interviews and best practices gleaned from the comparative analysis. The client’s customer service team was well equipped to start subsequent phases of the project with a solid foundation.
